Rules

Please follow the rules to avoid fines or to be asked to leave without a refund.

**Primary renter must sign rental agreement and provide an ID within 24 hours of making reservation. There is also a $250 security deposit that will be held and released 5 days after checkout if rules have been followed and there is no damage to the items inside or outside of the home.

***No parties or events allowed ever– If violated, you will be asked to leave home immediately without refund** If you are looking for a home to throw a party, look elsewhere and do not book with us.
**No smoking of any kind in the home. There is a $500 fine if there is smoking of any kind in the home.
***This is a quiet neighborhood and we respect our neighbors.
**Quiet hours from 10:00 a.m-8:00 a.m. per city ordinance. Pool is closed during quiet hours. We have noise monitoring devices inside and outside the home to help monitor loud talking, music, etc. You will be contacted by the noise monitoring company and given a warning if you are too loud during the day or during quiet hours. 
**No pets allowed**

Overnight street parking (10:00 p.m.- 8:00 a.m.)  is not allowed in our HOA, please park in the garage and/or driveway (maximum of 6 cars allowed). Guests are responsible for fines if ticketed. Overnight street parking- is limited to only one vehicle or other parked object per home.
Overnight parking may not be used for more than (4) nights in any (7) day period. Please move all cars into driveway and garage before 10:00 p.m. to avoid being ticketed or towed.
Additionally a vehicle or other object is not allowed to park for more than 24 consecutive hours in our HOA.
Please park in the garage and/or driveway-maxiumum of 5 cars. Guests are responsible for fines if ticketed. 

***Pool-all pool rules posted must be followed. No diving or jumping off trees or fountains. Please make sure to rinse off before getting in the pool, use the restrooms inside the house to help maintain the cleaniness of the pool. Please dry off before coming inside and sitting on any furniture.

San Antonio has a noise ordinance. Excessive noise is not allowed in the neighborhood. The police may be called by neighbors and you will get fined. Please keep music and noise down to not bother the neighbors. Residence: 63 decibels (daytime) 56 decibels (nighttime). The noise monitoring company will contact you if noise levels trigger an alert. **Guests will be responsible for any fines and may be asked to leave without a refund. 
If a noise complaint is made, the host will make contact as a friendly reminder on the first occurrence and may be asked to leave. If the device is tampered with or remove, guests will be asked to leave with no refund.

Absolutely no smoking or illegal substances/activity. Make sure to sign out of your streaming services.

For liability and safety reasons, there are 2 cameras in the front of the house, by the front door and by the garage. In the backyard we have 2, one facing the pool and one facing the patio area. Two noise monitoring devices (non audio recording) inside the house and in the backyard. 

**We must inform you that you are required to acknowledge and accept all house rules before booking and that the accurate number of guests must not exceed the number registered in the reservation**
